In the early 80’s I realized that companies could impact their rising healthcare costs by investing in their greatest asset; their employees. The benefits included improved morale, retention, productivity, absenteeism, presenteeism, health outcomes, public image and culture.
My company, Alive & Well, developed and implemented worksite wellness programs tailored to the unique needs, goals, budget and objectives within the private and public sectors throughout North America. We produced strategic plans, activated champions, established operational plans and budgets, designed and coordinated programs and initiatives, incorporated tailored incentives and rewards, spearheaded innovative engagement, conducted educational sessions, bio-screenings and evaluations, and provided recommendations.
Because of dedicated leaders and my team, we tracked improvements for all objectives including maintaining or reducing insurance costs, workplace injuries and EPA. We contributed to tobacco free policies, work-life integration, occupational health and many other benefits for worksites and organizations. First, let’s meet! Whether it be a phone call, FaceTime or Zoom. This will give us both the opportunity to get to know one another. From our conversation we can determine how I can best serve you. This is not a pressured sales call, but rather to understand what you need and desire. I want you to be able to ask me questions and learn more of how I can benefit you as well.

Only 6-8 women attend the ELEVATE program. This is a high-touch, deeply caring and transformative experience. The small group lends itself to a safer container for women to heal, connect, and be themselves.
Once everyone has provided their availability, I will coordinate the best days and times for us to have our group coaching sessions.
These sessions will not be recorded. Therefore your commitment to attend is important.
However, your 1:1 coaching session is based on your availability which is coordinated with my schedule. This is the same for the Loving Accountability calls.
The Mindful Movement and Meditation classes will be recorded for you to enjoy if you’ve missed the class, or would like to utilize these anytime - even after the 2024 ELEVATE program concludes.
The Retreat dates will be coordinated with the entire group. Should you not be able to attend the Retreat portion, other arrangements can be made with Canyon Ranch. A cancellation policy will be provided when the ELEVATE program begins for everyone’s reference.
I have a successful track record of happy clients! And I want you to be happy as well. This is why we will meet to discuss if this is the best program for you at this time. I want to whole-heartedly serve you. In the 30+ years I’ve been coaching clients and providing programs, I have not had a refund request.
